The screw jacks serve for lifting rail and road vehicles. They are basic equipment of overhaul and repair work stations. The screw jacks are used at railway and road rolling stock repair works, at loading and unloading points of railway stations, border-crossing stations, etc. They are of column design and operate in sets. Supply and operation of the jacks can be individual or combined one from one control desk. Driving gears of lifting and lowering are provided with parallel running functions. Supply 3 x 380 V, 50 Hz, operation 24 V. Basic types of screw jacks: Q = 4 x 50 kN (5T) Q = 4 x 100 kN (10T) Q = 4 x 150 kN (15T) Q = 4 x 200 kN (20T) Q = 4 x 250 kN (25T) Q = 4 x 300 kN (30T) There is a possibility to produce screw jacks with any lifting capacity Q. The car handling facilities are specialistic ones and serve for displacing and positioning wagons or marshalling trains, mainly at loading and unloading points. The switching facility is made up of: - capstan provided with stepless speed control and load limiter - driving rope - supporting rolls - sets of pulleys - switching truck (except switching of wagons by tow hook) - supply and control systems with monitoring (light and sound signaling), etc. Parameters and technical data of the switching facilities are adapted to individual needs, requirements and conditions of a User. The positioner serves for welding of tacked side sill. A dismountable design of the positioner enables loading and unloading a side sill by means of overhaul crane and simultaneous putting two welds by an automatic welding machine. Rotation of the positioner is controlled with push buttons from a central control desk and stopped automatically with a limit switch. Sequence of operations is made by process engineering worked out and supervised by welding specialist. The mobile washing stand is designed for external washing of underground railway cars, passenger cars as well as it can be adapted for washing of railway engines, coaches, etc. The washing stand is self-propelled of a frame-type design. It is equipped with two side brushes and a top brush and a system of spray gates as well. Washing is accomplished with cold water provided with washing improving agent. Rinsing with water of water supplying system. Control of washing stand operation is from operator's cabin positioned on the frame, or from a control desk situated behind the washing stand. The control system can be automatic or manual one. The washing stand is provided with overhead power, air and water supplies. Technical data: - operating speed 5 m/min. - driving speed (no wash) 22 m/min. - pure water delivery 40 l/min. - circulating water demand in the system 160 l/min. - water pressure (spray) 0.3÷0.5 MPa - air demand 4 m3/h - installed power 7 kW A size of the washing stand, a length in particular, depends on length of vehicles or of draft of cars being washed and is not larger than 100 m.
